How to Order
To pay by Credit Card:
Step 1. If you wish to purchase any item, note the Reference Number, Price and brief description and go to the Order form and enter this in the Form. You can go to our Order Form from our lists or Images Pages or by using the links below.
Step 2. Enter your Name and Address. This must be the Cardholder Statement address. Orders will only be sent to this address.
Step 3. Enter your e mail address. This is to confirm to you that we have received your order and, to confirm to you when we dispatch the item/s to you. (Normally within 3/4 days.
Step 4. Enter your Credit Card details including your telephone number (not Mobile) as we may wish, in the interests of security, to confirm your order with you. Your telephone number will not be used for any other purpose. Transactions will be in GBP £ and conversions from other currencies will be automatically carried out by our provider.
Please note that as a security check we are obliged by our Provider to obtain Authorisation on all Credit Card transactions. Accordingly, we reserve the right not to accept any transaction which in our opinion or, in the opinion of our Provider appear to be unusual.
We apologize that in paying by Credit Card that there are one or two more items than usual to complete, however we do not apologize for taking basic precautions in the interests of our customers.
Step 5. Click "Send Order"
Step 6. Print out a copy of your order for your records.
Please remember that all items may be returned for a full refund if they are not to your satisfaction.
To pay by cheque:

Step 4. Post a Sterling cheque made payable to Scotstamps, to:

We also operate Set Aside, where you can secure your purchases with an initial payment and pay the remainder over 3 months. If you wish to use Set Aside, please advise by e mail.
