Prices
At Scotstamps the prices you see are the prices you pay. We price items in GBP £p, and will accept payment in most currencies via Credit Card. Our Card Provider will make the transaction from your currency to GBP. Alternatively, we can accept payment in the form of a Sterling cheque issued by most banks.
We do not have any additional charges such as postage or insurance unless stated, and with our favourable prices we therefore consider that this is one on the most competitive philatelic sites on the Internet!
We operate Set Aside where you can spread the cost of purchases over a period of up to 3 months. Just contact us by e mail, to arrange and your purchases will be secured.
Return of Goods.
1. We want you to be pleased with the items we send to you, as we hope that you would consider purchasing further items from us in the future. We therefore undertake that if the goods sent to you are not as described, or you are dis-satisfied in any way, you may return the goods for a full refund, providing that the goods have been maintained in the condition in which they were dispatched to you.
2. If for any reason you wish to return an item, please inform us immediately ( within 7 days of receipt) by e mail, and we will attend to your query promptly. We do not quibble with our customers as it is they who are the judge of whether items are acceptable or not, leaving them in the position of being able to purchase items with confidence.
Images
We have 100's of images of stamps which have been scanned for you to view and hope that even if you are just browsing that you find them colourful and varied. We sometimes depart from Great Britain and Commonwealth material and include items other than Great Britain and Commonwealth Stamps which would be of interest to Collectors.
Site Updating
As some of our more attractive and popular items can sell quickly, we keep this site updated on a very regular basis, normally every few days. In fact it is probably one of the most regularly updated philatelic sites. Should you not find anything of interest on this occasion and wish to be advised of our site updates in your area of interest, feel free to contact us by e mail and we will be happy to advise you by e mail.
