Prices.
1. There are NO additional costs or charges. The price you see is the price you pay.
Descriptions.
2. Catalogue values and reference numbers ie, (SG No) are Stanley Gibbons catalogue numbers unless otherwise stated. Catalogue Values where given may vary due to the time posted or the Catalogue Edition used.
3. All items are described honestly and as accurately as possible.
Mailing of goods.
4. All items are sent post free and a Certificate of Posting is obtained for all postings. Recorded Delivery is used where the value of any item exceeds £26.00.
Return of Goods.
5. We want you to be pleased with the items we send to you, as we hope that you would consider purchasing further items from us in the future. We therefore undertake that if the goods sent to you are not as described, you may return the goods for a full refund, providing that the goods have been maintained in the condition in which they were dispatched to you.
6. If for any reason the item/s are not as described and you wish to return them, please inform us immediately ( within 7 days of receipt) by e mail, and we will attend to your query promptly.
Payments.
Payment may be made by Sterling Cheque ( made payable to: Scotstamps) or by Credit Card.
Please note that we will seek Authorisation from our Provider on all Credit Card transactions and reserve the right to decline any transaction which appears to be unusual.
